"Working Out Now! How To Find Time When You Think There Isn't Time?

I hear it all the time! "I'm too busy to workout!" Time to say ADIOS to that excuse!

HERE'S 5 EASY WAYS TO SPEED UP GYM TIME WITHOUT SKIMPING ON A QUALITY WORKOUT!

1. Tune out.~Put that phone on airplane mode (the cell service off) but those apps & tunes are still available. Plug in earbuds.

2. Turn it up.~Prep a workout play list appropriate to the length & type of workout in advance to avoid messing with your i phone.
3. Map it out.~Learn the lay of the land.

4. Head out during off hours

5. Avoid distractions.~Know what will get in your way.~So, if you're reading a book or watching tv interferes with keeping pace, nix it.
