P90X Lean Workout Plan ~ Starting my Journey!

My name is Don Cook, I am 55 years old, and starting another round of P90X, the Lean Phase program. I am married to Coach Darlene Cook. Looking forward in getting ripped again, after recovering from a shoulder, chest, and arm injury from a fall. Starting on day three with Shoulders & Arms, with Ab Ripper X. A bit sore, which is great, as the weakness is starting to leave my body. With the P90X lean workout schedule, expect to work out for about an hour each day, except for Yoga which is an hour and a half.
