Your next two meals: Tomato salad & Focaccia and ...

You certainly know what tomatoes are, and you know what to expect from tomato salad. But, what about Focaccia?

Do you know what it is?

What Wikipedia says:

Focaccia (Italian pronunciation: [foˈkattʃa]) is a flat oven-baked Italian bread product, similar in style and texture to pizza dough. It may be topped with herbs or other ingredients.


I will not write on how you can make Focaccia, as there are plenty recipes on the Internet. I will just give reference to some of them, and you can write in comments afterwards, which one you have tried to make and which one tastes better.

You can make your own Tomato salad, but this is how I love it:

  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Green Garlic
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
